Fantastic find!
We had a lovely few days at this fantastic spot in the heart of Carmel by the Sea! The location could not be more perfect - a few short blocks to the beach and to downtown. The house and guest cottage are beautifully appointed and well maintained. My family had fun playing games in the game room, too. I hope to come back again someday!

From the moment I entered the courtyard, I felt the intention of the host was to create a memorable experience for each guest. The house was perfectly outfitted with endless amenities, and offered the best possible living space for a family-filled 40th birthday weekend in Carmel. I want to thank Glen, and Mona for their hospitality and kindness.

Amazing location to walk to the shops or the beach. In a quiet storybook-like neighbourhood. The house is not only fully equipped with all the comforts of home but the finishings and appliances are all top of the line. Glen and Mona certainly looked to make our stay that much more enjoyable with unexpected treats and fresh fruit and flowers! We cannot wait to book this home again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect. We enjoyed cooking, trying the wood-fired pizza oven, enjoying the jacuzzi and firepit. It was the perfect location from the beach and town.

This is a very special house!
Such a lovely house in just a perfect location in Carmel . The house and guest house had immense charm, and the yard and patio were just perfect for the small gathering we had here. As a guest I appreciated that there were all the usual amenities in terms of appliances and instructions to run them, but also that the house was stocked with some drinks and snacks. Very easy logistics to get into the house as well. The location made it easy to get to the beach as well as the village stores and shops.

This is a really well provisioned home set in a perfect location. It has all the amenities you would want in a weekend rental. I highly recommend this property. They were very friendly and accommodating, as well.
Super cool property, conveniently located
Lots of space. Cozy atmosphere, and really nice indoor gas fireplace. Oudoor living areas were beautiful and well maintained. All around terrific place, would happily vacation there again!

We fell in love with the place as soon as we saw the pictures online. Then we showed up and thought, my god he was hiding this from us. It far exceeded our expectations. A real short walk to the beach and a hearty, short walk into town. It’s up a hill, one in our party chose to Uber up the hill. So, if you’re out of shape, that’s an option. You walk through the gate and you wonder if this is the right property, sure enough, it is. We picked our rooms and then gathered around the fire pit and opened a bottle our wine. Later we went to the store to pick up a few things. Beware, they already had most of what we bought. They’ve thought of everything. The fireplace was our gathering point. We all sat around and shared stories all weekend.
